VENDOR PLANS

 At GotAegyo, we create transparent pricing, flexibility and most competitive plan  to set the expectations of our Sellers. Most notable are:

NO LISTING FEE - you can list all your products without any fees. Other marketplaces charge £0.02 per item.

NO HIDDEN FEES - all fees in your plan are disclosed.

But first let us also be transparent what types of fees are charged to us by the Payment Gateways  which include the card rails (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).

·      Transaction fees

·      Payment Processing

·      Interchange or Conversion Fees

·      + fixed fees (normally shown as added £ or $ or according to your currency)

·      Monthly fees (for payout)

By the time we pay all fees, there’s very minimal left, and yet, it is still subject to operational costs. This means, we are going to depend on the volume of the transactions to stay afloat.

Every year, we face price rise and we will try our hardest to keep them at bay so as not to affect your vendor plans.

Currently, the marketplace giants such as Ebay charge 15.55% +30p per transaction and Etsy’s are the following: 6.5% transaction fee, listing fee of £0.2 per product which is renewed every 4 months, payment processing fee .25% + 3% of final price with shipping and interchange fee.

TO AVOID OTHER FEES: Please ensure that you describe your products with care and avoid disputes as Chargeback fees from any payment gateway can cost you between £20 to £100.

TYPES OF VENDOR PLANS TO CHOOSE FROM: 

(We've got 3 major currencies available for you to choose based on your location or preference: £, € and $ USD) 

a. AUTO PAY PLAN (MUST HAVE PayPal and STRIPE accounts) – This plan is for Sellers who prefers to receive payment automatically. PayPal or Stripe* pays your account automatically every week on Fridays for all the sale you’ve made that week. There will be no manual reconciliation for both GotAegyo and the Seller and you can track all of it in your Paypal or Stripe’s respective accounts. As well, your customers get the convenience of using Apple Pay or Pay with Link!

The breakdown of fees are as follows:

·       Monthly fee of £2.50 and

·       Per transaction** fee of 10.5% +fixed fees from payment gateway £0.20

b. STANDARD PLAN – This plan is for Sellers who chooses to be paid manually using the account of choice (like Wise, bank to bank etc) monthly and outside of the auto-pay capabilities. The sales made will be stored in the Accounting section where you can request the withdrawal of your balance.

·       Pay out every end of the month

·       Per transaction fee of 12% +fixed fees from payment gateway £0.20

POINTERS:

Payment Gateways first pay-out take 14 days, after which, the pay-out will take effect as stated in the respective Vendor Plans.

Please ensure that your pricing is done correctly to ensure you gain a bit of margin. Whilst we recognise that most of our sellers are not registered businesses, we hope that you can still use this platform to support your hobbies and small joys in life.

Stripe* is a global payment gateway that enables the card rails (debit or credit cards) for payment. You may apply for a Stripe account during the sign-up process. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to apply and get approved due to our agreement with Stripe.

0.50% vendor discount is applied to Transaction** for all merchants joining us in 2024 as part of launch plans including those who use referral codes. The discounts will be credited to you and will appear in the Accounting section/Balance withdrawals.
