1. Find an item you fancy

Browse the categories to find something you’d like to buy.

2. When in doubt, contact the Seller

·       Ask the Seller to clear any questions you may have about the item. We recommend double-checking the item’s dimensions (if applicable) before buying it.

·       Use our secure messaging using our message centre, email or WhatsApp

·       Look through the Seller's reviews. See what other members say about their purchases with that Seller.

 Official items: If you want to buy an official item, check the Item description provided by the Seller carefully. Sellers have the obligation to state if an item is official or not.

3. Pay for the item

 Important:

Stay on GotAEgyo throughout your communication and buying process. Only then will we be able to trace the transaction in case something doesn’t go as expected.

 At the checkout:

  1. Enter your address and phone number (if asked). Double-check if the information is correct.
  2. Select your preferred payment method. (PayPal or Stripe)
  3. Choose the shipping method.

Press Pay to confirm your order.

4. Receive your item

·       The Seller has 5 business days to send the item.

·       Delivery depends on location but usually takes up to 5-7 business days. If it takes longer, don't worry. Just follow the tracking info provided by the Seller (if applicable), and stay in touch with the Seller.

·       In most cases, you’ll be able to track the parcel based on your shipping option and  conversation with the Seller.


If something is not right

If you need us to step in, contact us. We’ll then look into the case and, if applicable, refund you. 

Note that GotAegyo will decide, in its sole discretion, if your transaction is granted eligibility under our refund policy.


CANCELLING AN ORDER

A Buyer can cancel their order only IF the item hasn’t been shipped yet.

To cancel an order:

  1. Send a message to the Seller
  2. Choose Cancel/Return order and select a reason from the list, or choose Other and type in the reason

Good to know:

·       A mutual agreement between the Buyer and Seller about cancelling their order will help them avoid automatic negative feedback.

·       After an order is cancelled, Sellers can update their product to be available again.


PAYMENT METHODS

You’ll be able to choose the payment method for your order. Payment methods available on GotAegyo are:

·      PayPal

·      Stripe for debit, credit cards

·      ApplePay and GPay

 

By using a third-party service for the payment, you may also be subject to an agreement with the third-party. For Instance, your use of Paypal is subject to the Paypal User Agreement, Gpay is subject to the Google Pay Terms of Service for your country of residence.

For your safety, to avoid scams and frauds, all transactions must take place on GotAegyo.

Good to know:

·       If you’re a minor, you may use GotAegyo only under your parent’s or adult guardian’s supervision and via their account. It's strictly forbidden by law to use a credit/debit card without the permission of its owner. Your parent or adult guardian needs to authorise any means of payment you use. 

 

SHIPPING

You pay for shipping. The shipping expenses are added to the item’s price. Each Seller has a choice to set up their shipping methods to offer to buyers.

You will then see the delivery options, prices, and the total shipping cost at the checkout. Shipping rates depend on the weight and/or parcel's size.

You choose the shipping option and message the Seller if you have requests with regard to your delivery.

The Seller has 5 working days to send your item.


Limitations of GotAegyo

We are an online marketplace for Buyers to purchase from our Sellers. Please note that GotAegyo only facilitates your access to the item. By shopping on our platform, you understand that you are not buying directly from GotAegyo but from a Seller's store. In addition, we do our best effort to make GotAegyo a safe place for shopping; however, we do not guarantee any items sold or any content posted by the Seller (pictures, language used etc.)

 

If you come across an inappropriate item, speech or behaviour in reviews and description (such as but not limited to: harassment, abuse, discrimination, etc.) please report it to us.

 If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may be entitled to a 14-days right of withdrawal during which you may return an item for any or no reason unless stated by the laws ( such as  Item has been unsealed and for hygienic and health reason cannot be returned, personalised item, etc.)
