1. How do I become a seller on GotAegyo?
To become a seller on GotAegyo, simply sign up for an account and navigate to the "Add Your Store or Become A Seller" on the Header section of the homepage. Follow the prompts to set up your seller profile and start listing your K-pop merchandise. We recommend that you set-up your store using the website. Once you're up and running, you can use the app for quick access!
2. Who can be a Seller on GotAegyo?
Anyone can be a seller as long as you're aged 18+. Whether you're a one-time, casual, seasonal or pro seller, you can register your store. Please note that GotAegyo is a C2C (Customer to Customer) business model. It means sellers here are not registered businesses.
3. Are there any fees for selling on GotAegyo?
GotAegyo does not charge any listing fees or hidden fees for sellers. You can list your items for sale without worrying about upfront costs.The only fees charged are transaction fees when buyers make a purchase.
4. Can I choose a Vendor Plan that's right for me?

5. What types of items can I sell on GotAegyo?
You can sell a wide range of K-pop merchandise on GotAegyo, including albums, lightstick, clothing, accessories, and more. As long as your items comply with our community guidelines, you're free to list them for sale.
6. How do I set prices for my listings?
When creating a listing, you'll have the opportunity to set your own prices for each item. Consider factors such as market value, rarity, and condition when determining your pricing.
7. Can I customise my seller profile on GotAegyo?
Yes, you can personalise your seller profile on GotAegyo to showcase your brand and create a unique identity. Upload a profile picture, add a bio, etc. We have even set up your unique and direct store link so your followers can find you quickly.
8. How do I manage orders and shipping on GotAegyo?
GotAegyo provides tools and resources to help you manage your orders efficiently. You can communicate with buyers and arrange shipping preference. Since all transactions are paid through the platform, we will pay out the shipping fee along with all sales on sold items.
9. What payment methods are available for sellers on GotAegyo?
GotAegyo supports various payment methods for sellers, including PayPal, Stripe Connect, Bank or Wise Transfers depending on the Vendor Plan you've chosen. Choose the option that works best for you and your buyers. We highly recomment you choose Automatic Payments as the pay-out happens every Friday. 12. Can I set-up a Group Order or Pre-order?
Yes, you can charge full or partial payment to your buyers and and all transactions are transparent.
