Policy on Returns and Exchanges
1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Ensure you have contacted the seller and had agreed to fulfil the return.
3Attach a copy of the shipping method, specify the method of refund from the seller.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items by defining the reason within
14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller. The items can be returned as agreed with the seller to ensure their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase to the seller and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects as suggested to Sellers:
Take a video when opening the package. Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to UK law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
The amount for refunds may not be in full as it may be subject to charges such as shipping costs and transactions costs charged by payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, or card rails).
Cancelation of Order:
All Pre-order products are not eligible for cancelation as costs are incurred by Sellers up-front.
