TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CASHBACK PROMOTION ON GOTAEGYO NEWLY REGISTERED SELLERS AND BUYERS

Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") and the affiliated cashback Promotion are effective for Sellers and Buyers registering from (5 Feb 2025). End Date: This Promotion period will end on (28 Feb 2025).

These T&Cs govern the cashback promotion ("Promotion") offered by GotAegyo Ltd. On its website and application ("Platforms") to newly registered sellers and buyers. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with these T&Cs, as well as applicable UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant data protection legislation such as the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

The “Promotion period” runs from the Effective Date to the End Date.

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Promotion is open to sellers who:

• Successfully register as a seller on the GotAegyo Platforms during the Promotion period.
• Complete the required registration steps, including personal details, bank account or PayPal/Stripe information, in compliance with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

1.2. Existing sellers, or those who registered before the Effective Date, are eligible for this Promotion with the same effective date as the new registered sellers.

1.3. This promotion is open to buyers who:

• Successfully register as a buyer on the GotAegyo Platforms during the Promotion period.
• Complete the required registration steps, including personal details in compliance with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

1.4. Existing buyers, or those who registered before the Effective Date, are eligible for this Promotion with the same effective date as the new registered buyers.

1.5. Cashback can only be earned from product sales or purchases. Shipping amount are excluded for earning cashback.

2. Duration

2.1. Eligible sellers will receive a cashback of one percent (1%) on their product sales initiated on GotAegyo Platforms from the Effective Date 5^th February 2025 to 5^th February 2027.

2.2. Eligible buyers will receive a cashback of one percent (1%) on their product purchase initiated on GotAegyo Platforms from the Effective Date 5^th February 2025 to 5^th February 2027.

2.3. Transactions completed outside this period will not qualify for the cashback.

3. Cashback Credit

3.1. Cashback will be credited to the seller's and buyer’s GotAegyo account quarterly at the end of the month of the last quarter after verification of eligibility and validation of the transaction.  The cut off day is set on the 25^th of the last month of each quarter. Any transaction happening after cut off day will count for the next quarter.

GotAegyo ensures that cashback rewards are credited to both the seller's and buyer's GotAegyo accounts.

• For Sellers: Cashback can be  transferred to a linked financial account (bank, PayPal, or Wise) once the balance reaches £10 or more. For amounts below £10, transfers can be made upon request.

• For Buyers: Cashback can only be redeemed for purchases made on the GotAegyo platform.

 Cashback earned by both sellers and buyers does not expire.

3.3. Cashback cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

3.4. In compliance with UK tax regulations, sellers may be required to report any cashback received as part of taxable income.

4. Exclusions

4.1. Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent under GotAegyo's fraud prevention policies are excluded from the Promotion.

4.2. Registrations or transactions that do not meet the specified eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

5. Data Protection

5.1. GotAegyo Ltd will process personal data collected during the registration and participation in this Promotion in accordance with the UK GDPR and its Privacy Policy, which is available on our website (https://gotaegyo.com/privacy-policy/).

5.2. By participating in the Promotion, sellers and buyers consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of validating eligibility and awarding cashback.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1. GotAegyo Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes comply with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

6.2. Updates to these T&Cs will be published on the Platform and will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.

7. Disputes

7.1. Any disputes arising from this Promotion must be submitted in writing to GotAegyo's customer support team which contact is available on the website.

7.2. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with England and Wales laws, and the decisions of GotAegyo Ltd regarding the Promotion shall be final and binding.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
